Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies if a request is made for a copy, or for the supply of documents, as mentioned in item 8 , 12 or 12A of the table in clause 1 of Schedule 1 .
(2) The Registrar must not supply the copy or documents by means of expedited dispatch unless:
(a) a request is made that the copy or document be supplied by means of expedited dispatch; and
(b) the fee mentioned in item 1 3 of that table for the
request for expedited dispatch is paid.
