Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Board must arrange to publish in the Official Journal , with adequate notice:
(a) the time of each examination it holds and the place where it is to be held; and
(b) the deadline for applications for admission to sit for each examination it holds.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to a supplementary
examination under regulation 20.21.
