Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The annual registration fee is payable by a registered patent attorney to whom regulation 20.26 does not apply on 1 July in a year.
(2) The Designated Manager must, not later than 1 June in each year, give to each registered patent attorney to whom regulation 20.26 does not apply, notice of the fee that is payable.
