Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) In deciding what action to take in relation to a registered patent attorney under regulation 20.44 or 20.45, a Panel of the Disciplinary Tribunal may take into account any findings about the conduct of the attorney in any other disciplinary proceedings:
(a) under these Regulations; or
(b) under the former attorneys Regulations.
(2) For subregulation (1), it is immaterial when the
findings were made.
