Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Subregulation (2) applies if:
(a) the fee mentioned in item 2 30 of Schedule 7 is not paid when it is payable; and
(b) within 1 month after the fee is payable, the Commissioner invites the person making the request to pay the fee within 1 month after the date of the invitation or before the date of the hearing, whichever is earlier; and
(c) the fee is not paid within the earlier of the periods mentioned in paragraph ( b).
(2) The request is taken not to have been made.
(3) A hearing cannot be held if the fee mentioned in item 2 30 of Schedule 7 has not been paid for the hearing.
(4) A person cannot appear and be heard at an oral hearing if the fee mentioned in paragraph 231(a) of Schedule 7 has not been paid for the person.
(5) A person is not entitled to a hearing on the basis of
written submissions if the fee mentioned in item 2 31A of Schedule
7 has not been paid.
