Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This regulation applies if a request is made for the supply of documents as mentioned in item 2 33 or 234 of the table in clause 2 of Schedule 7 .
(2) The Commissioner must not supply the documents by means of expedited dispatch unless:
(a) a request is made that the supply be by means of expedited dispatch; and
(b) the fee mentioned in item 2 35 of that table for the
request for expedited dispatch is paid.
