PATENTS REGULATIONS 1991 - REG 23.10

Fee taken to have been paid

    If:

  (a)   in respect of the lodging of an application for an extension of time, a fee specified in item   2 7 of Part   1 in Schedule   2 to the former patents Regulations is paid in respect of a period referred to in subsection   54(1B) of the 1952 Act; and

  (b)   the application has not been accepted before the commencing day; and

  (c)   the applicant is required to pay the fee specified in item   2 2 of Part   2 in Schedule   7 to these Regulations in relation to the application;

the fee under item   2 2 is taken to have been paid in respect of the period referred to in paragraph   ( a).
