PATENTS REGULATIONS 1991 - REG 23.2

                   Section 11 of the 1952 Act continues on and after the commencing day in respect of the exercise by the Commissioner of his or her powers and functions in relation to the operation of:

                     (a)  subsection 234(3) of the Act; or

                     (b)  a following provision of this Chapter.
