Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsThe Minister must, in writing, terminate the appointment of the person constituting the Patents and Trade Marks Attorneys Disciplinary Tribunal conducting proceedings mentioned in any of the following provisions as soon as practicable after the Minister is satisfied that all such proceedings (including all appeals) have been finalised:
(a) subregulation 23.42(1);
(b) subregulation 23.43(1);
(c) subregulation 22.16(1) of the Trade Marks Regulations 1995 ;
(d) subregulation 22.17(1) of the Trade Marks Regulations 1995 .
