Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to subregulation (2), the amendments of these Regulations made by Schedule 1 to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (PCT Translations and Other Measures) Regulations 2019 apply in relation to translations filed after the commencement of that Schedule.
(2) The amendments of regulation 3.5AF made by Schedule 1 to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (PCT Translations and Other Measures) Regulations 2019 apply in relation to applications that meet the requirements of subsection 29A(5) of the Act after the commencement of that Schedule.
