Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to subregulation (2), the amendments of these Regulations made by Schedule 1 to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (PCT Translations and Other easures) Regulations 2 019 apply in relation to translations filed after the commencement of that Schedule.
(2) The amendments of regulation 3.5AF made by Schedule
1 to the Intellectual Property Laws Amendment (PCT Translations and
Other Measures) Regulations 2 019 apply in relation to applications
that meet the requirements of subsection 29A(5) of the Act after the
commencement of that Schedule.
