Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of subsection 44(1) of the Act, the period of 5 years from the filing date of the complete application is prescribed.
(2) For the purposes of subsection 44(1) of the Act, a request for an examination of a patent request and complete specification must be in the approved form.
