Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) An opponent may withdraw an opposition at any time by filing a notice of withdrawal in the approved form.
(2) The Commissioner must give the applicant a copy of the notice of withdrawal as soon as practicable.
