QUARANTINE REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 23

Disinsection of overseas aircraft

         (1)   The commander of an overseas aircraft (or, if the commander is not the operator of the aircraft, the operator of the aircraft) must make arrangements for the disinsection of the aircraft
in a manner, and within a time, approved by a Director of Quarantine.

Penalty:   50 penalty units.

         (2)   An offence under subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
