STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 102

102. The Commonwealth Tertiary Education Commission is, for all purposes, a
continuation, under that name, of the body known as the Tertiary Education
Commission established by the Principal Act and a reference in any law of the
Commonwealth other than this Act to the Tertiary Education Commission shall be
construed as a reference to the Commonwealth Tertiary Education Commission.
