STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 92

92. (1) Section 20 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end
thereof the following sub-sections:



"(2) An application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of a decision of a Collector of Customs under sub-section (1).



"(3) In sub-section (2), 'decision' has the same meaning as in the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.".

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) applies in relation to a decision of
a Collector of Customs under section 20 of the Spirits Act 1906 given before
or after the commencement of this section.
