STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1981 No. 61, 1981 - SECT 98

98. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by omitting sub-paragraph (1) (a) (i) and substituting the following
        sub-paragraph:



"(i) matters in connexion with the grant by the Commonwealth of financial
assistance to a State or the Northern Territory for and in respect of
universities, colleges of advanced education and technical and further
education institutions in the State or the Northern Territory, as the case may
be;"; and

   (b)  by inserting in sub-paragraph (1) (a) (ii)", other than the Northern
Territory," after "Territories".
