STATUTE LAW REVISION ACT 1996 No. 43, 1996 - SECT 3

(1) Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or
repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any
other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.

(2) The repeal of an Act by this section does not affect the operation of any
amendment of another Act made by the repealed Act.
