TOBACCO PLAIN PACKAGING ACT 2011 (NO. 148, 2011) - SECT 70

Receipts for seized things

             (1)  An authorised officer must provide a receipt for a thing that is seized under this Part.

             (2)  One receipt may cover 2 or more things that are seized.
