1988 No. 233 BANKS (SAVINGS BANKS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Investment of funds of savings banks 
Regulation 5 of the Banking (Savings Banks) Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subregulation (2AA) "6 per cent" and substituting "40
        per cent";

   (b)  by omitting subregulation (4).
