1979 No. 157 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 3

3. (1) The amendments effected by rule 1 do not apply in relation to
proceedings instituted before the commencement of these Rules.

(2) The provisions of sub-rule 162 (2) of the Bankruptcy Rules as in force
immediately before the commencement of these Rules apply in relation to
proceedings instituted on or after 21 February 1978 and before the
commencement of these Rules as if the amendments effected by rule 1 had not
been made.

(3) The amendment effected by rule 2 does not apply in relation to work done
before the commencement of these Rules.

(4) The provisions of sub-rule 162 (1) of, and Schedule 3 to, the Bankruptcy
Rules as in force immediately before the commencement of these Rules apply in
relation to work done on or after 21 February 1978 and before the commencement
of these Rules as if the amendment effected by rule 2 had not been made.
