1979 No. 243 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 1
Fees and percentages


  Rule 179 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by inserting after sub-rule (1)
the following sub-rule:
  "(1A) A fee that, but for this sub-rule, would be payable under sub-rule (1)
is not payable where the person who would otherwise be required to pay the fee
has been granted legal aid from a legal aid scheme or service referred to in
paragraph 2 (4) (a) of the Federal Court of Australia Regulations.".
