1980 No. 386 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENTS) - REG 69

69. Rule 179 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-rule (4) "official receiver" and substituting

"Official Trustee"; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-rule (9) "an official receiver
        acting otherwise than as trustee of an estate" and substituting "the
        Official Receiver".
