1981 No. 305 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

Application for receiver before sequestration 
3. Rule 17 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by inserting in sub-rule (3)
"or, where the direction has been given to a registered trustee, on the
registered trustee," after "Official Trustee".
