1984 No. 155 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 1


  After rule 195 of the Bankruptcy Rules, the following rule is inserted:
Prescribed rate for purposes of section 20J of the Act
  "195A. For the purposes of section 20J of the Act, the rate of 10 per cent
per annum is prescribed.".
