1984 No. 23 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 5

5. (1) The provisions of sub-rule 127 (2) of the Bankruptcy Rules and of
Schedule 2 to the Bankruptcy Rules, as in force immediately before the
commencement of these Rules, apply in relation to attendances before the
commencement of these Rules as if the amendments made by rules 1 and 3 had not
been made.

(2) The provisions of sub-rule 162 (2) of the Bankruptcy Rules as in force
immediately before the commencement of these Rules apply in relation to
proceedings instituted before the commencement of these Rules as if the
amendments made by rule 2 had not been made.

(3) The provisions of Schedule 3 to the Bankruptcy Rules as in force
immediately before the commencement of these Rules apply in relation to work
done before the commencement of these Rules as if the amendment made by rule 4
had not been made.
