1988 No. 19 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 29

Minutes of meeting 
29. Rule 98 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended by omitting from subrule (3)
all the words after "that sub-rule" and substituting "to be served on:

   (a)  the trustee who has been removed from office;

   (b)  the trustee appointed in his or her place; and

   (c)  the Official Receiver.".
