1989 No. 182 BANKRUPTCY RULES (AMENDMENT) - RULE 21

21. The amendments made by rules 5, 6, 7, 11, 14, 15 and 16 apply only as
follows:

   (a)  in relation to a bankruptcy-if the date of the bankruptcy occurred on
        or after the day of commencement of these Rules;

   (b)  in relation to a statement under subparagraph 188 (2) (c) (i) of the
        Act-if the authority, signed by a person under section 188 of the Act,
        to which the statement relates was signed on or after that day;

   (c)  in relation to a notice published in accordance with subrule 81 (3)-if
        the deed of assignment, deed of arrangement or composition to which
        the notice relates was executed under, or accepted by, a meeting that
        was called under an authority signed by a person under that
        subparagraph on or after that day; or

   (d)  in relation to an order made under Part XI of the Act-if the order was
        made on or after that day.
