  1.1 The Bankruptcy Rules are amended as set out in these Rules.

2. Rule 162 (Scale of costs)


  2.1 Subrule 162 (2B):
Omit the subrule, substitute:
  "(2B) The costs specified in this rule and the costs specified in Schedule
3, being costs incurred on or after the commencement of this subrule, are
increased by 9.01%.".
