  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Canning-Fruit Charge Regulations.

Commencement


  2. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1
December 1979.

Rate of charge


  3. For the purposes of section 7 of the Canning-Fruit Charge Act 1959, the
rate of the charge is 50 cents per tonne of fruit.
