sub-regulations 17 (2), 18 (5) and 19 (5) of the Cadet Forces Regulations, in
relation to a period commencing on or after 1 October 1979; and
(b)
for the purposes of sub-regulation 20 (2) of the Cadet Forces Regulations,
in relation to a financial year commencing on or after 1 July 1979.
