These Regulations may be cited as the CAB International (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations. 1990 No. 26 CAB INTERNATIONAL (PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES) REGULATIONS - REG 2 Interpretation 2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears: "CAB International" means the organization of that name referred to in the Agreement; "the Act" means the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963; "the Agreement" means the Agreement on CAB International done at London on 8 July 1986. 1990 No. 26 CAB INTERNATIONAL (PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES) REGULATIONS - REG 3 Act to apply to CAB International 3. CAB International is declared to be an international organization to which the Act applies.
