1.   Commencement


  1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 December 1991.

2.   Amendment


  2.1   The Cattle Transaction Levy Regulations are amended as set out in
these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Prescribed amounts for the purposes of section 6 of the
Act)


  3.1   After subregulation (1), insert:
  "(1A) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (c) of the Act, the amount of
$0.85 is prescribed.".
  3.2   After subregulation (2), insert:
  "(3) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (2) (c) of the Act, the amount of $0.00
is prescribed.".
