  1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1994.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The Cattle Transaction Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3. Regulation 4 (Prescribed amounts for the purposes of section 6 of the Act)


  3.1   Subregulation 4 (1):
Omit "$2.58", substitute "$2.16".

  3.2   Subregulation 4 (2):
Omit "$0.78", substitute "$0.72".

  3.3   Subregulation 4 (4):
Omit "$0.57", substitute "$0.48".

  3.4   Subregulation 4 (5):
Omit "$0.17", substitute "$0.16".
