4. Regulation 5 (Australian Animal Health Council Limited (AAHC)- amount of levy)

4.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Australian Animal Health Council
Limited-amount of levy

"5. (1) For paragraph 5 (1) (f) of the Act, 13 cents is prescribed.

"(2) For paragraph 5 (2) (f) of the Act, 0 cents is prescribed.".
