Commencement


  1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1988.

Rates of levy on the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce


  2. Regulation 4 of the Dairy Produce Levy Regulations is amended:
  (a)  by omitting from subregulation (1) "40" and substituting "45";
  (b)  by omitting from subregulation (2) "0.9 cent" and substituting "1.05
cents"; and
  (c)  by omitting from subregulation (3) "3.82" and substituting "4.95".
