  1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1990.

Rates of levy on the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce


  2.  Regulation 4 of the Dairy Produce Levy Regulations is amended:
  (a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "45" and substituting "43"; and
    (b) by omitting from subregulation (4) "1.30" and substituting
"1.80".
