Commencement


  1. These Regulations commence on 1 April 1990.

Rates of levy on the milk fat content of relevant dairy produce


  2. Regulation 4 of the Diary Produce Levy Regulations is amended by adding
at the end the following subregulation:
  "(5) The amount of 0.03 cent per kilogram of milk fat content in, or
comprising, relevant dairy produce is prescribed for the purposes of
subsection 7 (4A) of the Act.".
