1. Commencement


  1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1994.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The Dairy Produce Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3. Regulation 2 (Interpretation)


  3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
Interpretation
  "2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
  'Act' means the Dairy Produce Levy (No. 1) Act 1986.".

  4.1 Subregulation 4 (2):
  Omit "0.95", substitute "0.50".
