1. Commencement


  1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1996.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The Dairy Produce Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3. Regulation 4A (Manufacturing milk levy-prescribed milk fat rate and protein
rate)


  3.1 Subregulation 4A (1):
Omit "33.271 cents", substitute "32.857 cents".

  3.2 Subregulation 4A (2):
Omit "79.851 cents", substitute "77.919 cents".

  4.1 Paragraph 4B (1) (c):
Omit "0.6300 cents", substitute "0.805 cents".

Omit "1.5356 cents", substitute "1.9621 cents".
