DAIRY PRODUCE LEVY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) 1997 No. 165 - REG 5

5.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: Other levies - prescribed milk fat rate
and protein rate

"4B. (1) For paragraph 9 (1) (a) of the Act, the following milk fat rates are
prescribed:

   (a)  in relation to Corporation levy - 0.1400 cents a kilogram;

   (b)  in relation to promotion levy - 1.8025 cents a kilogram;

   (c)  in relation to research levy - 1.015 cents a kilogram;

   (d)  in relation to Australian Animal Health Council levy - 0.0223 cents a
        kilogram.

"(2) For paragraph 9 (1) (b) of the Act, the following protein rates are
prescribed:

   (a)  in relation to Corporation levy - 0.3413 cents a kilogram;

   (b)  in relation to promotion levy - 4.3936 cents a kilogram;

   (c)  in relation to research levy - 2.474 cents a kilogram;

   (d)  in relation to Australian Animal Health Council levy - 0.0543 cents a
        kilogram.".
