1. Commencement


  1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 July 1998.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The Dairy Produce Levy Regulations are amended as set out in 
these Regulations.

3. Regulation 4A (Manufacturing milk levy-prescribed milk fat rate and 
protein rate)


  3.1 Subregulation 4A (1):
Omit "31.435 cents", substitute "31.070 cents".

  3.2 Subregulation 4A (2):
Omit "75.657 cents", substitute "74.007 cents".

  4.1 Paragraph 4B (1) (b):
