Functions of Corporation


  Regulation 4A of the Dairy Produce Regulations is amended by omitting
paragraph (1) (b) and substituting the following paragraph:
  "(b)  secured by-
      (i)  a charge over the assets of the trading corporation; or
         (ii)  a guarantee given by a bank within the meaning of the Banking
Act
     1959 or a bank established by a law of a State; and".
