1990 No. 433 DAIRY PRODUCE REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2.1 After regulation 1, insert: "15. For the purposes of subsection 98 (4) of
the Act, the percentage calculated in accordance with the following formula is
prescribed:
((UV + CS) x 0.85) X100

                (UV) where: `UV' is the underwritten value of the underwritten
                     dairy produce; `CS' is the amount per unit of the market
                     support payment referred to in subsection 95 (3) of the
                     Act.".
