Schedule 
3. The Schedule to the Electoral and Referendum Regulations is amended by
omitting from Form 4-
                 "NOTIFICATION  OF  TRANSFER  OR  ENROLMENT"
and substituting-
                 "NOTIFICATION  OF  TRANSFER  OF  ENROLMENT".
