In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Electoral and Referendum Regulations. 1983 No. 274 ELECTORAL AND REFERENDUM REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 2. Regulation 98A of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted: Special form of ballot-paper "98A. For the purposes of sub-section 14A (3) of the Referendum (Constitution Alteration) Act 1906 the following special form of ballot-paper is prescribed: BALLOT-PAPERS Referendum (Constitution Alteration) Act STATE OF (here insert name of State) Referendums on Proposed Constitutional Alterations DIRECTIONS TO VOTER You must indicate "YES" or "NO" to EACH of the Five proposed constitutional alterations set out below.
