1983 No. 313 ELECTORAL AND REFERENDUM REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 4

4. (1) The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting
paragraph (c) of the declaration in Form 2 and substituting the following
paragraph:



"(c) I am an Australian citizen (or a British subject who on 25 January 1984
was on an electoral roll kept for the purposes of a House of Representatives
election);".

(2) The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph
(1) (d) in Form 26A and substituting the following paragraph:

"(d) that I am an Australian citizen; and".
