  After regulation 38 of the Electoral and Referendum Regulations the
following regulation is inserted:
Nomination forms
  "38A. (1) Forms C and CA, in the Schedule to the Act are altered by
omitting:
  'I, the candidate named above, declare that:' and substituting:
  'I, the candidate named above, state that:
