Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1983.

  2. Regulation 4 of the Eggs (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is
repealed and the following regulation substituted:
Rates of charge
  "4. For the purposes of sub-section 6 (1) of the Act, the rate of charge
applicable to a class of eggs specified in Column 2 of the Schedule in an item
in the Schedule is the rate specified in Column 3 of the Schedule in that
item.".

Schedule


  3. The Schedule to the Eggs (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is
repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
