Allowances of ESRA Chief Executive Officer EMPLOYMENT SERVICES REGULATIONS 1994 No. 445 - REG 1 Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Services Regulations. EMPLOYMENT SERVICES REGULATIONS 1994 No. 445 - REG 2 Commencement 2. These Regulations are taken to have commenced on the date that Division 4 and Division 6 of the Act commenced. EMPLOYMENT SERVICES REGULATIONS 1994 No. 445 - REG 3 Interpretation 3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears: "Act" means the Employment Services Act 1994. EMPLOYMENT SERVICES REGULATIONS 1994 No. 445 - REG 4 Allowances of ESRA Board members 4. For the purposes of subsection 79 (3) of the Act: (a) an ESRA Board Member is to be paid travelling allowances of the same kind and of the same amount or at the same rate, as travelling allowances payable to a holder of the office of Secretary in the Australian Public Service; and (b) in addition to the allowances mentioned under paragraph (a), the ESRA Chairperson is to be paid allowances of the same kind and of the same amount or at the same rate, as any other allowances payable to a holder of the office of Secretary in the Australian Public Service. EMPLOYMENT SERVICES REGULATIONS 1994 No. 445 - REG 5 Allowances of ESRA Chief Executive Officer 5. For the purposes of subsection 96 (3) of the Act, the ESRA Chief Executive Officer is to be paid allowances of the same kind and of the same amount or at the same rate, as allowances payable to a holder of the office of Secretary in the Australian Public Service. 1.
