1986 No. 85 FAMILY LAW (CHILD ABDUCTION CONVENTION) REGULATIONS - REG 25
Power of court to make order for return of child
25. Nothing in these Regulations shall be taken to prevent a court of
competent jurisdiction, at any time, from making an order for the return of a
child to an applicant otherwise than under these Regulations.
